Ann Marie Stephenson
Ann Marie has extensive experience supporting
small and medium enterprises on human resource strategy and policy. She is
experienced in the full range of HR areas including recruitment, pay and
reward, appraisal, development and redundancy. Ann Marie has worked in a number
of sectors including the financial services and accountancy sectors.
Recent
consultancy assignments have included advising on job specifications,
competency frameworks, recruitment and selection, and outplacement.

is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.
