Aims: To develop customer focus skills for those who want to "move up a notch" and deliver excellence in customer service

This workshop uses role play, and fun, practical, workshop exercises to allow participants to explore what excellence in customer service could look and feel like. Participants learn how to prepare for diverse and difficult customers, and design marketing, branding etc, for a product which will exceed their customers' expectations.
