PROGRAMME 4 "What are we here for? – Setting/Living our Vision and
Values"
· Type of programme: Embedding Team or Organisational Vision and
Values into everyday working lives
· Who is it for? Individuals and teams who want to ensure they have clarity
of purpose and a clear understanding of key organisational/team values
· Benefits: Strong, shared set of underlying principles which guide
team/individual behaviours, in support of company or organisational goals
Aims: To develop shared ownership of team and/or organisational vision and
values which are related to day to day policies, behaviours and practices
Outcomes – by the end of the workshop, participants will have:
· A clear idea of team/organisational vision and values
· Considered links to their own personal values
· Related vision and values to team/organisational goals and objectives
· Considered the impact on colleagues and customers/clients of "living" the vision and
values
This workshop provides space for participants to consider the importance of
company/team vision and values to their work. The workshop will motivate
those attending to live out the values with their colleagues and customers.
