Who we are

Abbeville Associates was established in 2004 to provide consultancy, facilitation and training support to employers and organisations with leadership, team working, diversity and inclusion, and the "people" side of business.

We are a collection of highly-experienced individuals who are passionate about people.

Linda Linehan is the Managing Director of Abbeville Associates Ltd. She loves to work with businesses and organisations to ensure that the values of equality,  diversity and inclusion are lived out on a day-to-day basis: in the workplace, in business plans, and in meeting the needs of different customer and user groups.
